Cara Bradley, author of On The Verge: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine is an innovative leader and mental strength coach in bodymind training. Her teachings are based on her lifelong passion for experiencing natural state and flow by integrating movement, coherent breathing and mindfulness. A teacher for over three decades and former pro skater, Cara hosts a weekly podcast, teaches online courses, and leads Integrated BodyMind Trainings at conferences and for CEO’s and corporations including The World Bank Group, SAP, PJM, universities including Yale University, and sports teams including Villanova University football and basketball.
Cara is the founder of the award-winning Verge BodyMind Center in suburban Philadelphia offering over 100 weekly classes in yoga, fitness, and meditation. Dr. Connelly is the founder and developer of Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), a revolutionary psychotherapeutic approach to resolving emotional and behavioral difficulties. He is the author of “Life Changing Conversations – The Power of Transformational Communication,” which demonstrates that dramatic therapeutic breakthroughs can be facilitated in a single psychotherapy session. Dr. Connelly is the founder of The Institute for Survivors of Sexual Violence, a non-profit (501C3) organization providing mental health professionals with state-of-the-art training in advanced clinical methods of eliminating the negative influence of trauma. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a doctorate in Clinical Pastoral Counseling. Thousands of mental health professionals have participated in his trainings.

Julia Curry is an Eating Psychology Coach and Global Ambassador for the Body Image Movement, as well as a contributor to Huffington Post and guest blogger for various online publications. Julia is known for her transformative retreats and online classes that help women discover a shift in how they think about food, their bodies and how they value themselves. In her Indianapolis community, she founded “Embrace Indy” where she hosted sold out events featuring a Body Positive Documentary, and taught participants the global impact of body loathing, its origins and how to create something new. Julia earned a BA in Communications and has certifications from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, The Center for Strategic Intervention and the Southeastern School of Clinical Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy.
