Cara Bradley, author of On The Verge: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine is an innovative leader and mental strength coach in bodymind training. He is the author of “Life Changing Conversations – The Power of Transformational Communication,” which demonstrates that dramatic therapeutic breakthroughs can be facilitated in a single psychotherapy session. Dr. Connelly is the founder of The Institute for Survivors of Sexual Violence, a non-profit (501C3) organization providing mental health professionals with state-of-the-art training in advanced clinical methods of eliminating the negative influence of trauma. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a doctorate in Clinical Pastoral Counseling. Thousands of mental health professionals have participated in his trainings.

Julia is known for her transformative retreats and online classes that help women discover a shift in how they think about food, their bodies and how they value themselves. In her Indianapolis community, she founded “Embrace Indy” where she hosted sold out events featuring a Body Positive Documentary, and taught participants the global impact of body loathing, its origins and how to create something new. Julia earned a BA in Communications and has certifications from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, The Center for Strategic Intervention and the Southeastern School of Clinical Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy.
