As America continues to reopen, the media is ramping up its coverage of the issues challenging businesses of all types. And depending on your tastes, you can read about it from practically every angle. The New York Times published two stories on June 22: one quirky story was titled “Bars, Strip Clubs and Churches: U.S. Virus Outbreaks Enter Unwieldy Phase” and another focused on the financial upside provided by the pandemic, “A Multibillion-Dollar Opportunity: Virus-Proofing the New Office.”
Another headline we noticed last week was “Financial stress continues to impact restaurant industry despite reopenings,” which was from Yahoo Finance’s ‘On the Move’ program and featured our partner Chef Robert Irvine talking about WorkMerk’s
new health and safety checklist and verification software, VirusSAFE Pro.
Robert focused on how a business’ standard operating procedures can be placed on the app and that businesses can then have their employees verify that the procedures have been implemented so that health and safety is prioritized for their customers.
We’re proud to partner with Robert on VirusSAFE Pro, and we were thrilled when Robert offered business owners who follow him on social media the chance to enter a giveaway to win 12 free months of VirusSAFE Pro. Ten lucky businesses will be selected and we’ll share their names and their stories using the software in the months ahead!
Speaking of social media, if you would like to keep up to date with everything happening with VirusSAFE Pro, please follow us on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
