WorkMerk is proud to announce the official launch of Houwzer University, in partnership with Houwzer Real Estate. Houwzer engaged WorkMerk with a desire to streamline their onboarding process and centralize the information that Houwzer employees will need to best serve their clients. Through WorkMerk's innovative Micro-Learning approach to employee development, and close coordination with Houwzer's VP of Product Dave Speers, the WorkMerk Learning & Development team has brought Houwzer's previous Learning Management System (LMS) from the web 2.0 to web 3.0 age.
Lightweight, engaging modules with a strong media factor help to condense learning materials without sacrificing impact, and show that employee development can be both effective and fun!
