PUT FORCES IN MOTION — AND KEEP YOUR TEAM FOCUSED ON THE MISSION!

LINX turns readiness from a reporting exercise into coordinated action, driving execution where and when it matters most, without slowing ongoing operations.

LINX is a readiness platform purpose-built for the Department of War (DoW) and federal agencies operating at scale. It replaces fragmented tools and manual processes with a unified system for readiness management, inspections, and task execution while aligning with federal acquisition and compliance realities.

WorkMerk originated through the federal innovation pathway, progressing from Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) to Phase III, enabling sole-source authority for continued deployment and expansion. This allows DoW organizations to adopt and scale LINX without restarting lengthy procurement cycles.

WorkMerk operates as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendor and maintains a procurement-ready posture with an established Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE code, supporting a range of contracting pathways. The platform is designed with security and compliance in mind, supporting modern federal expectations, including alignment with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) posture requirements.

Air Force Case Study: From Readiness Data to Readiness Action for the U.S. Air Force

From fragmented reporting to unified readiness awareness.

The U.S. Air Force manages readiness across a highly distributed force, relying on data spread across multiple systems, reports, and processes. While this information exists, turning it into timely, coordinated command action has long been a challenge. Manual reporting, fragmented data, and time-late visibility often slow decisions at the moment speed matters most.

To address this gap, WorkMerk delivered LINX, an execution-focused readiness and decision-support platform, under a U.S. Air Force SBIR Phase II effort. LINX was designed to help commanders and staffs move beyond static readiness reporting and toward real readiness execution.

LINX integrates readiness data from existing systems into a shared operational workspace — without requiring rip-and-replace system changes. Using AI-enabled analysis and natural language interaction, LINX allows leaders to quickly query readiness conditions, identify trends, and surface emerging risks without relying on time-consuming manual processes.

not another dashboard or compliance tool

LINX operationalizes readiness data. Readiness conditions inform tasking, prioritization, and coordination across distributed units, enabling leaders to act faster and with greater confidence. The platform was delivered and shaped through direct engagement with Air Force stakeholders to ensure operational relevance.

Following delivery, Air Force feedback highlighted:

  • Reduced administrative burden

  • Faster access to readiness information

  • Improved ability to identify readiness issues before they became execution problems

LINX helped shift readiness management away from data mechanics and toward decision-making and action.
